    目前国家作物种质库保存了福建省368份野生大豆资源,这些资源是1980-1982年收集于南平、三明、龙岩和宁德4个地区26个县(市、区)。40余年后,我们于2025年对25个县市进行了补充考察搜集,重点考察目前国家作物种质库没有收录的县(市、区)。此次考察在福州、泉州和漳州市3地区也首次发现野生大豆分布,新搜集19个县级区域野生大豆资源,新增县级数目73.08%;共搜集到75个居群的野生大豆资源,新增资源20.38%。本次考察新发现了福建野生大豆种皮无泥膜光泽类型和长花序类型。本次考察阐明福建野生大豆分布南缘相比历史记录有较大幅度的南移:闽东南部新南缘在福州市长乐区,相对于以前的宁德市霞浦县纬度上直线距离南移了约93 km;闽南北部新南缘在泉州市永春县,相对于以前的三明市尤溪县南移距离约90 km;闽西南部新南缘在漳州市南靖县,相对于以前的龙岩市上杭县南移距离约50 km。福州市长乐区和漳州市南靖县南缘居群的发现使对中国野生大豆物种分布的认识由原来局限于中亚热带以北分布转变为可以在南亚热带分布,为南方野生大豆资源保护、种质资源收集及大豆属植物区系划分提供最新的依据。

    Abstract:

    The National Crop Genebank currently conserves 368 accessions of wild soybean (Glycine soja) from Fujian Province, collected between 1980 and 1982 across 26 counties (cities and districts) within four prefecture-level cities: Nanping, Sanming, Longyan, and Ningde. More than 40 years later, we conducted a supplementary field survey and germplasm collection in 2025, covering 25 county-level administrative regions,with a particular focus on areas with no prior accessions deposited in the Genebank. For the first time, wild soybean populations were documented in three additional prefecture-level cities: Fuzhou, Quanzhou, and Zhangzhou. We collected germplasm from 19 new county-level regions, representing a 73.08% increase in the number of county-level regions, and obtained a total of 75 populations, a 20.38% increase over the province''s previously held accessions. Two novel morphotypes were newly newly discovered in this survey: a bloom-lacking glossy seed coat type and a long-inflorescence type. This survey also revealed that the southern distribution limit of wild soybean in Fujian has shifted markedly southward relative to historical records. The new southern limit in southeastern Fujian is located in Changle District, Fuzhou City, representing a southward shift of approximately 93 km in latitudinal straight-line distance relative to the former southern limit at Xiapu County, Ningde City. The new southern limit in the northern part of southern Fujian is in Yongchun County, Quanzhou City, representing a southward shift of approximately 90 km in latitudinal straight-line distance relative to the former limit at Youxi County, Sanming City. The new southern limit in southwestern Fujian is in Nanjing County, Zhangzhou City, representing a southward shift of approximately 50 km in latitudinal straight-line distance relative to the former limit at Shanghang County, Longyan City. The discovery of the southern marginal populations in Changle District of Fuzhou City and Nanjing County of Zhangzhou City has expanded our understanding of the distribution of wild soybean (Glycine soja) in China: this species was previously confined to regions north of the mid-subtropical zone and is now confirmed to occur in the south-subtropical zone. This finding provides the latest evidence for the conservation of wild soybean resources in southern China, germplasm collection campaigns, and floristic regionalization of the genus Glycine.
