对山西省临汾市17个县(区)进行全面普查,在此基础上选择种质资源丰富的6个县进行系统性调查和抢救性收集,重点对6个县进行系统调查和抢救性收集,共收集资源1040份,记录经纬度、海拔、作物类型等信息。采用物种累积曲线评估采样充分性,运用空间聚类分析揭示分布格局,基于海拔梯度分析作物类型转换规律。结果显示:表明,本次调查收集物种累积曲线趋于平缓,实际观测物种数(78种)达到Chao1估计值,采样较为充分 ;临汾市种质资源涵盖29科57属78种;,其中粮食作物646份,占作物类型构成的62.1%;作物类型以粮食作物为主(646份,62.1%);豆科、和禾本科资源占全部资源份数的60.67%,广泛分布,在17个县均有分布, 占资源总份数的60.67%。海拔梯度上,低海拔区(<600 m),果树占该区资源的60%,随海拔升高粮食作物比例上升至73%(1200~1400 m);高海拔区(>1400 m),果树再度占优占比升至45%。本次调查除系统收集常规资源外,还发掘了12份可越冬作物、47份野生资源及492份抗逆资源等特异种质。研究表明临汾市种质资源空间分布受海拔和地形显著影响临汾市种质资源采样较充分,空间分布受海拔和地形显著影响,该研究研究结果有利于明确临汾市种质资源现状与分布规律,为区域种质资源保护与利用以及抗逆优质品种选育提供科学依据。
A comprehensive survey was conducted in 17 counties (districts) of Linfen City, Shanxi Province. Based on this, six counties with abundant germplasm resources were selected for systematic investigation and rescue collection. A total of 1,040 accessions were collected, with longitude, latitude, altitude, and crop type information recorded. Species accumulation curve was used to evaluate sampling sufficiency, spatial cluster analysis was employed to reveal distribution patterns, and altitude gradient analysis was applied to explore crop type transition patterns. The results showed that the species accumulation curve tended to flatten, with the observed species number (78) reaching the Chao1 estimated value, indicating sufficient sampling. The germplasm resources of Linfen City covered 29 families, 57 genera, and 78 species. Among them, grain crops comprised 646 accessions, accounting for 62.1% of the crop type composition. Fabaceae and Poaceae were widely distributed, present in all 17 counties, and together accounted for 60.67% of the total accessions. Along the altitude gradient, fruit trees accounted for 60% of resources in the low-altitude zone (<600 m); with increasing altitude, the proportion of grain crops rose to 73% (1,200–1,400 m); in the high-altitude zone (>1,400 m), the proportion of fruit trees rebounded to 45%. In addition to systematic collection of conventional resources, this survey also identified specific germplasm including 12 winter-hardy crop accessions, 47 wild resources, and 492 stress-resistant resources. The spatial distribution of germplasm resources in Linfen City was significantly influenced by altitude and topography. This study helps clarify the current status and distribution patterns of germplasm resources in Linfen City, and can provide a scientific basis for regional germplasm resource protection and utilization, as well as breeding of stress-resistant and high-quality varieties.
