    摘要:

    整精米率是评价水稻加工品质、商品价值与低损节粮性状的关键指标,对保障口粮安全、促进稻米产业提质增效具有重要战略意义。我国虽已构建水稻整精米率鉴定标准体系,但仍存在标准分散、技术衔接不足、方法导向差异显著、分级阈值不统一、加工低损性分级标准缺失等问题,难以精准适配水稻低损育种与产业节粮减损的实际需求。针对上述短板,本文在系统整合现有国家标准、行业标准及相关研究成果的基础上,制定水稻加工低损性整精米率鉴定技术规程。该规程系统规范了样品准备、仪器设备调试、脱壳、碾磨、整精米识别、结果计算及分级判定等关键技术环节,旨在为水稻种质资源加工低损性整精米率精准评价与低损育种材料鉴定筛选提供标准化技术支撑,助力提升水稻低损品质效率育种与全产业链节粮减损水平。

    Abstract:

    The head rice yield is a key indicator for evaluating rice processing quality, commodity value, and low-loss grain-saving traits, and it has important strategic significance for ensuring food security and promoting the quality and efficiency improvement of the rice industry. Although China has established a standard system for head rice yield identification, there are still problems such as scattered standards, poor technical connection, significant differences in method orientation, inconsistent grading thresholds, and lack of grading standards for processing low-loss properties, which are difficult to accurately meet the actual needs of rice low-loss breeding and industrial grain-saving and loss-reduction. To address the above shortcomings, this paper formulates the technical specification for the identification of head milled rice rate for low-loss processing of rice on the basis of systematically integrating existing national standards, industry standards and relevant research results. This specification systematically standardizes the key technical links such as sample preparation, instrument and equipment debugging, hulling, milling, head rice yield identification, result calculation and grading judgment, aiming to provide standardized technical support for the accurate evaluation of head rice yield for low-loss processing of rice germplasm resources and the identification and screening of low-loss breeding materials, and help improve the efficiency of rice low-loss quality breeding and the level of grain-saving and loss-reduction in the entire industrial chain.
