为筛选快速高效的辣椒种质资源耐盐性鉴定方法,挖掘优异耐盐种质,本研究通过培养皿和发芽袋两种鉴定方式的辣椒芽期耐盐鉴定方法比较分析,以获得的最优鉴定方法对94份辣椒种质资源进行了耐盐性评价。结果表明:在两种鉴定方法下相对发芽率与相对发芽势无显著差异(P > 0.05),但培养皿在播种效率(较发芽袋提升61.7%)与材料成本(较发芽袋降低74.59%)上优势显著,为更优鉴定方法;94份种质中,筛选出A47、A37、A9、A29、A65共5份芽期强耐盐品种(平均隶属函数值>0.80)。本研究明确了辣椒芽期耐盐性的高效鉴定方法,筛选出耐盐性强的辣椒种质资源,为辣椒耐盐品种选育提供了方法和材料。
In order to screen rapid and efficient methods for identifying salt tolerance in chili germplasm resources and to explore superior salt-tolerant varieties, this study compared and analyzed the salt tolerance identification methods of chili seedlings using two approaches: petri dish and germination bag. Based on the obtained optimal identification method, the salt tolerance of 94 chili germplasm resources was evaluated. The results showed that there was no significant difference in relative germination rate and relative germination potential between the two identification methods, but the petri dish method had significant advantages in seeding efficiency and material cost, making it the better identification method. Among the 94 varieties, five strong salt-tolerant varieties, namely A47, A37, A9, A29, and A65, were selected. This study clarified the efficient identification method for chili seedling salt tolerance, screened out chili germplasm resources with strong salt tolerance, and provided methods and materials for the breeding of salt-tolerant chili varieties.
