    摘要:

    上海市农业种质资源信息共享服务平台是对上海市保护单位的农业种质资源进行规范管理和共享利用的服务体系。面对当前庞大的种质规模和多样的物种类型,保护单位分散的资源管理不利于资源信息的共享与利用。本平台采用统一的规范对种质资源进行标准化整合和管理,兼顾了多家保护单位的种质管理统一和不同资源用户群体的共享权限统一。本平台根据种质资源库的工作流程,为保护单位建立了管理系统模块,由保护单位管理员进行本单位的种质资源数据管理,资源共享信息发布,申请审核和利用成效管理;为资源用户创建了申请共享和利用反馈机制,可同时申请多个保护单位的种质,实现了一站式公共服务平台功能;为主管单位提供全面调查的统计汇总信息,实时掌握资源共享动向和利用成效。本平台将以优质高效全面服务的方式,提高农业种质资源保存与利用效率和效益,促进农业种质资源科技创新。

    Abstract:

    The Shanghai Agricultural Germplasm Resource Information Sharing Service Platform is a public information system related to standard management and sharing utilization of agricultural germplasm resources in Shanghai. The development of the sharing and utilization of resource information requires to sevice a wide diverse germplasms, which scattered into different germplasm resource conservation department. To solve the standardized management of conservation departments, and germplasm search and sharing of consumer applicant, we constructed the sharing service platform using unified standards to integrate germplasm resources from multiple conservation departments. The sharing platform provided conservation department with a germplasm management system, which let administrator of each conservation department record germplasm, share data, approve the information of the applicational germplasm and collect feedback utilization online independently. It provided consumer applicant with one stop public service platform to improve the effection of sharing and utilization of germplasm resource through platform integration of multiple conservation departments. It also provided superior department in charge of agricultural germplasm resources with table and figure of summary statistics from different perspectives, which contributed to a potential way to continue to monitor overall sharing and utilization. The high performance sharing platform enabled a strong ties among conservation department, consumer applicant and superior department, which could enhance efficiency of the protection and utilization of agricultural germplasm resources, and strengthen scientific and technological innovation in agricultural biological breeding.
