    摘要:

    油用玫瑰(oil-bearing roses),是指可以从花瓣里提取精油的一类蔷薇属植物,包含了传统分类意义上的蔷薇、月季、玫瑰,在国际生产应用及研究中将其统称为玫瑰(Rose)。油用玫瑰栽培应用历史悠久,是全球重要的木本香料资源和药食同源植物,从其花瓣中提取的玫瑰精油作为重要的香料原料广泛应用于日化、医药和食品行业。玫瑰精油因其产量极低,价格昂贵,且市场需求量大,被称为“液体黄金”。受资源类型、栽培地和提取工艺等受众多因素的影响,不同玫瑰品种,不同生产区域及生产条件下出产的玫瑰精油产量和品质差异较大,且缺乏评价鉴定的标准,严重制约了我国玫瑰精油产业的发展。此外,我国蔷薇属植物资源丰富,但其挖掘利用较少。针对油用玫瑰资源特性及应用现状中存在的问题,本研究对油用玫瑰的主要栽培类型和栽培现状,玫瑰精油提取技术、相关行业标准、化学成分及药理作用进行阐述和归纳总结,以期为我国玫瑰产业的发展提供参考,为我国蔷薇属植物资源的创新利用提供理论指导。

    Abstract:

    Oil-bearing roses refer to a gourp of Rosa genus plants that can extract essential oils from their petals, including Rosa Hybrids Rosa spp and Rosa rugosa according classic plant taxonomy. They are all called in international application of roses industry. Cultivation and application of oil-bearing rose has a long history, it is an important woody spice resource in worldwide, and it is also an important medicinal and edible plant in China.Rose essential oils estracted from roes petals are widely used as a supplementary material in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food filed. The market demand for rose essential oils is high, but the production is extremely low, so the price is expensive as gold, which making it known as "liquid gold". There are significant differences in the yield and quality of rose essential oils due to various factors, such as resource types, cultivation sites, cultivation conditions, extraction processes and so on. What’s more, the lack of evaluation and identification principles is seriously affecting the development and application of rose essential oil industry in China. In addition, the Rosa genus plant resources are abundant in China, but their excavation and utilization are not enough. Based on the characteristics and current application status of oil-bearing rose, this study elaborates and summarizes the cultivation types and current situation of oil-bearing roses, the extraction technology of rose essential oils, relevant industry standards, chemical composition, and pharmacological effects. Our aim is to provide reference for the development of China"s rose industry and provide theoretical guidance for the innovative utilization of Rosa genus plant resources in China..
