Quanshu218, a sweetpotato strain with high yield and disease resistance，was bred by Quanzhou Institute of Agricultural Science. Using Quanshu218 and its developed off-springs as parents, 7 middle-materials ( Quanshu 511, Quanshu 740, Quanshu 745, Quanshu 958, Quanshu 922, Quanshu 267 and Quanshu 268) were innovated, and 4 varieties (Quanshu11, Quanshu23,Quanshu№9 and Quanshu№10) were bred and approved by Crop Variety Approved Committee of Fujian province, and the accumulated total acreage of the 4 varieties in Fujian province was about 7.0×104hm2 up to now.
