为系统开展薏苡种质资源异地多年表型鉴定与优异种质筛选,于2023-2024年在低海拔石门(320 m)和高海拔泸阳(750 m)两个生态差异显著的试验点,对70份薏苡种质进行了连续两年的田间评价。通过测定株高、茎粗、分蘖数、每株实粒数、结实率、千粒重及籽粒产量等关键农艺性状,并综合运用变异分析、相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析等方法对种质表型多样性及适应性进行系统鉴定。结果表明,70份薏苡种质在两地均表现出丰富的表型变异,其中低海拔点两年的平均变异系数(16.38%)高于高海拔点(12.63%),表明低海拔环境更易引发表型分化。高海拔点在株高、分蘖数、每株实粒数、结实率、千粒重及籽粒产量等多数性状上表现更优,显示出更好的生态适应性。通过主成分分析进一步确定,分蘖数、结实率、千粒重及籽粒产量是影响综合表现的关键性状。基于隶属函数与综合评价体系,筛选出11份(YL-8、YL-9、YL-11、YY19-06、YY21-09、YY21-12、YY21-30、YY03-06、YY18-2、小黑壳、YY17-33)在双海拔环境下均表现优异的广适性种质,其中YY17-33表现最为突出,在泸阳点年均籽粒产量达307.14 kg/667 m2,结实率63.74%。本研究建立了薏苡种质资源异地多年表型鉴定体系,筛选出的优异种质为不同生态区薏苡遗传改良与品种选育提供了重要的材料基础。
To systematically evaluate coix germplasm across diverse environments and years, a two-year field experiment (2023–2024) was conducted using 70 accessions planted at two contrasting altitude sites: Shimen (320 m, low altitude) and Luyang (750 m, high altitude). Seven major agronomic traits—plant height, stem diameter, tiller number, filled grains per plant, seed setting rate, thousand-grain weight, and grain yield—were assessed using variation, correlation, principal component, and cluster analyses. The results revealed substantial phenotypic variation among the accessions. The mean coefficient of variation over the two years at the low-altitude site (16.38%) was significantly higher than that at the high-altitude site (12.63%), suggesting greater phenotypic plasticity under low-altitude conditions. At the high-altitude site, the performance of most traits—including plant height, tiller number, filled grains per plant, seed setting rate, thousand-grain weight, and grain yield—was superior, reflecting enhanced ecological adaptability. Principal component analysis further confirmed that tiller number, seed setting rate, thousand-grain weight, and grain yield are the key traits driving overall performance. Based on membership function comprehensive evaluation, 11 accessions (YL-8, YL-9, YL-11, YY19-06, YY21-09Y, Y21-12, YY21-30, YY03-06, YY18-2, Xiaoheiken and YY17-33) showed high adaptability across both altitudes. Among these, YY17-33 performed most prominently, achieving an average annual grain yield of 307.14 kg/667 m2 and a seed setting rate of 63.74% at Luyang. This study establishes a phenotypic evaluation for multi-environment and multi-year assessment of coix germplasm and provides valuable genetic resources for breeding programs targeting diverse ecological regions.
