大麻(Cannabis sativa L.)作为一种具有重要经济价值的古老作物,在我国从南到北(23~51°N)区间有着广泛分布,这种对生长区域的广适性取决于大麻在开花和成熟期方面的遗传多样性。大麻作为典型的短日照开花植物,其纬度适应性是影响种植区域选择与产量的核心因素,阐明其纬度适应性和开花调控机制对工业大麻育种和栽培具有重要意义。本文系统综述了相关研究进展:遗传多样性方面,综述了野生大麻和栽培大麻之间主要的遗传差异,以及分子标记用于大麻遗传群体结构分析与评价的进展;纬度适应性方面,聚焦大麻南北引种实践,揭示光周期响应差异是影响纬度适应性的关键因素;大麻开花时间调控以光周期途径为核心,部分光周期功能基因及光周期不敏感性遗传基础已经明确,同时春化途径、年龄途径等其他途径共同参与,形成复杂调控网络。本文为工业大麻引种、新品种选育及开发利用提供了理论参考和技术指导。
Cannabis sativa L., an ancient crop of considerable economic importance, is widely distributed across a latitudinal range from 23 to 51°N in China. This broad adaptability to diverse growing regions is attributed to the genetic diversity of Cannabis sativa in flowering and maturity traits. As a typical short-day plant, its latitude adaptability is a core factor influencing planting area selection and yield. Elucidating this latitudinal adaptability and the regulation mechanisms of flowering holds great significance for the breeding and cultivation of industrial hemp. This review systematically summarizes research progress: (1) In terms of genetic diversity, key differences formed between wild and cultivated populations during domestication, along with the application of molecular markers in the analysis and evaluation of genetic population structure of Cannabis sativa, have been clarified; (2) Studies on latitudinal adaptability have focused on north-south introduction practices, revealing that variation in photoperiod response are the key factor affecting latitudinal adaptability; (3) The regulation of flowering time is primarily governed by the photoperiod pathway, with several photoperiod-related functional genes identified and the genetic basis of photoperiod insensitivity gradually being unveiled. Other pathways, such as vernalization and aging, also participate, forming a complex regulatory network. This paper aims to provide theoretical references and technical guidance for the introduction, breeding, and development of new varieties of industrial hemp.
