Abstract:To explore the mechanism of regulation network of Parthenocarpy, accurately obtain the genes controlling parthenocarpy traits, provide basic materials for parthenocarpy breeding of eggplant, the parthenocarpy/non parthenocarpy near isogenic line of eggplant was constructed. Two groups of near isogenic lines (NILs) JDX1 and JDX8 were obtained by hybridization, backcross and selfing techniques, combined with parthenocarpy identification and agronomic traits investigation. 219 pairs of SSR primers covering eggplant genome were used to analyze the genetic background of eggplant NILs and parents. The results showed that the genetic background similarity between proximal JDX1 and JDX8 and reincarnation parents was 97.14% and 88.23%, respectively, indicating that the genetic background of the two NILs materials was basically consistent with their reincarnation parents. The Parthenocarpy identification showed that compared with recurrent parents, JDX1 and JDX8 had been completely transformed into non parthenocarpic lines. The results showed that there were no significant differences in plant height, first flower height, node spacing, leaf length and width, fruit length and thickness between NILs and their recurrent parents.Combined with the agronomic characteristics such as fruit color and strain type, it can be concluded that the JDX1 and JDX8 is basically consistent with the reincarnation parent. The successful creation of this material lays a good material foundation for the basic research of single solidity.
