外源物质干预对逆境胁迫下植物生长代谢影响的研究进展

摘要:
逆境胁迫是指对植物施加有害影响的环境因子,是目前造成植物减产、品质下降的主要影响因素。植物在遭受逆境胁迫后通过外源物质的施加可显著提升作物对逆境胁迫的抵抗能力,目前在作物遭受逆境胁迫后常用的外源干预物质主要有植物生长调节剂、外源有机物、外源无机物和金属离子等,国内外针对不同的外源物质缓解及调控作物面临逆境胁迫下的研究主要集中在生理生化、活性氧、代谢酶、基因变化等细胞和分子水平,然而,针对外源物质对逆境胁迫下影响植物生长发育的调节机制尚不明确。本文综述了国内外利用外源物质调控逆境胁迫下植物生长代谢的研究进展,总结了利用外源物质来提高植物抗逆的方法,对逆境胁迫下研究提高植物产量和品质具有重要的理论与实践意义,并提出了今后利用外源物质研究植物抗逆的方向,为后续深入探索外源物质干预对植物应对逆境胁迫的反应机制,从而为改善植物的生长提高植物的产量和品质提供科学依据。

Research Progress on the Effect of Exogenous Substance on Plant Growth and Metabolism Under Adversity Stress

Abstract:
Adverse stress is a kind of the environmental factors that exert harmful effects on plants, which are the main factors that cause plant production reduction and quality decline at present. Exogenous substances can significantly enhance the resistance of crops to stress. At present, the main foreign intervention substances commonly used after crop stress are plant growth regulators,exogenous organic matter, exogenous inorganic matter and metal ions. Research on the regulation of different foreign substances in crops under stress mainly focus on physiological and biochemical, reactive oxygen species, metabolic enzymes, gene changes and other cellular and molecular levels. However, the regulation mechanism of exogenous substances affecting plant growth and development under stress is unclear. This paper summarized the research progress of plant growth and metabolism under stress regulation with exogenous substance and summarized the methods by using exogenous substances to improve plant stress resistance.All these research lay a foundation on the study of plant yield and quality under stress and put forward the direction of usingexogenous substances to study plant stress resistance in the future.
