黄欧系玉米育种应用的探索与分析

摘要:
优良种质资源的创制是优良品种选育的重要基础,我国缺乏宜机械化粒收的玉米育种材料。导入具有较好早熟性 和抗逆性欧洲早熟种质是拓宽我国宜机械化粒收种质遗传基础的重要途径。本研究利用 258 份黄欧系,分别与测验种京 MC01 和郑 58 测配,通过分析测交种产量和籽粒含水量表现,探讨黄欧系与郑 58 和京 MC01 的测交组合宜机械化粒收相关性状的改 良效果。结果表明:(1)黄早四和京 2416 类黄欧系与京 MC01 测配组合表现优良,昌 7-2 和 S122 类黄欧系需要在籽粒脱水速 率等关键机械粒收性状上加强选择与淘汰;(2)导入不同类型、不同比例欧洲早熟种质,黄欧系测交种宜机械化粒收相关性 状表现有所差异;(3)黄欧系主要组配模式:X 系(京 MC01)×昌 7-2 类黄欧系、X 系(京 MC01)×黄早四类黄欧系和 X 系 (京 MC01)×京 2416 类黄欧系。在东华北春播生态区除上述模式还有 X 系(京 MC01)× S122 类黄欧系。本研究将为进一 步发掘利用这部分黄欧系的育种价值提供理论指导。

Exploration and Analysis about the Application of Huanglv-European Lines in Maize Breeding

Abstract:
Innovation of elite germplasm resources is the important foundation for elite hybrid breeding, and maize germplasm suitable for mechanical grain-harvesting is in need in China. Introducing European early-maturing and stress-tolerant germplasm is a momentous way to broad the genetic basis of mechanical grain-harvesting maize germplasm. In this study, 258 Huanglv-European lines were test-crossed with Jing MC01 and Zheng 58, using the yield and grain moisture content of the test crosses to evaluate the improvement effect of mechanical grain-harvesting related traits. These results indicated that: (1) the cross combinations derived from Huangzao Si / Jing 2416 type Huanglv-European lines and Jing MC01 performed well, while Chang 7-2 / S122 type Huanglv-European lines still needed strict selection on traits such as grain dehydration speed, critical for mechanical grain harvesting; (2) the Huanglv-European lines that have different types and different percentage of European early-maturing maize germplasm introduced were different on mechanical grain-harvesting related traits; (3) the primary combination models are X line (Jing MC01) × Chang 7-2 type Huanglv-European lines, X line (Jing MC01) × Huangzao Si type Huanglv-European lines and X line (Jing MC01) × Jing2416 type Huanglv-European lines. In addition, X line (Jing MC01) × S122 type Huanglv-European lines showed heterosis in spring maize zone in Northeast and North China. These results would provide theoretical basis for the utilization of Huanglv-European lines in maize breeding.
