不同种质渗入对2个玉米复合群体的改良效果分析

摘要:
为进一步提高玉米复合群体改良效率,本文采用 NCII 遗传交配设计,以 Cpop.15C5、Cpop.16C5、W9706 和四 144为测验种,与 4 个综合种配制 16 个测交组合。以郑单 958 为对照,采用不完全区组设计,在河南新乡和山东济南鉴定并分析不同种质渗入玉米复合群体后的改良效果。结果表明,不同种质渗入后,Cpop.15C5 和 Cpop.16C5 产量均有不同程度的增加;通过分析农艺性状和配合力表现,综合种 CP15-2 抽丝期短、株高较低、收获时含水量低、产量高等,抽丝期和产量一般配合力表现优良;CP15-2×Cpop.15C5 抽丝期、收获时含水量、产量均优于原始群体 Cpop.15C5,其产量特殊配合力和中亲优势较低;CP15-2 是渗入 Cpop.15C5 的优良新种质,可用于改良 Cpop.15C5 的生育期、收获时含水量和产量性状。

Analysis on Introgression of Different Germplasm to Improve the Two Maize Composite Populations

Abstract:
In order to further improve the efficiency of maize composite population, four synthetic populations were crossed to four testers including Cpop.15C5, Cpop.16C5, W9706 and Si144 adopting NCII genetic design. The 16 crosses and one check hybrid Zhengdan958 were evaluated in Xinxiang of Henan province and Jinan of Shandong province to analyze the effect of introgression of different germplasm into maize composite population. The results showed an increase of grain yield in Cpop.15C5 and Cpop.16C5 after the introgression of different germplasm. The synthetic population CP15-2 exhibited short silking date, low plant height, low moisture at harvest and high grain yield, and good general combining ability (GCA) for day to silking and grain yield. The cross CP15-2 ×Cpop.15C5 showed better performance than the synthetic population Cpop.15C5 for day to silking, low moisture at harvest and grain yield, and low specific combining ability (SCA) effect and heteosis. Therefore, the synthetic population CP15-2 can be used as a new elite germplasm to improve the growth period, moisture at harvest and yield of the composite population Cpop.15C5.
